Refunds & Exchanges
All uniform sets, accessories, and fan gear items are custom made to order and are not considered stock inventory.
Because each piece is crafted specifically for you or your team, exchanges, replacements, and refunds cannot be accommodated.
- Exceptions will only be made in the event of receiving an item that is incorrect (size, color, style, etc.) or arrives damaged.
- If the correct item is received but does not fit as expected, Coastal Outerwear is not responsible for sizing discrepancies, as all items are produced based on the sizes selected at checkout.
- If an error does occur on our end, our team will work promptly to ensure you receive the correct Coastal Outerwear product.
